an emerging leader in the application and network performance management tools
market space. Responsibilities
-- Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the Director of Corporate Marketing
will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing communications
and demand generation programs to drive aggressive revenue growth.
-- This
person will build a team of professionals and external providers and be responsible
for all aspects of press and analyst relations, lead generation campaigns, website
and online marketing, collateral, and branding.
-- Person will serve a key
role that requires interfacing with other senior managers up through executive
management.
-- Prioritize multiple tasks effectively and perform a variety
of deadline-driven projects including:
-- Develop marketing communication strategy
and plans including PR, Marketing and Technical collateral.
-- Develop company
and product positioning and key messages.
-- Provide strategic PR plan, process,
approvals and reporting metrics for all public relations activities working through
a PR Agency.
-- Provide connectivity between business units / product marketing
to ensure consistency, effectiveness and follow through with Analyst community
both on the subscription and coverage fronts.
-- Plan and execute cost effective
and successful lead generation programs and events and qualify them into sales
opportunities.
-- Direct design and maintenance of website and related content
and features. Qualifications
-- 7-12+ years of enterprise software marketing experience including hands-on
experience in marketing communications, PR, lead generation, web marketing and
sales support.
-- The position requires strong high-tech marketing communications
skills to deliver compelling business value messages around software products.

Experience marketing software to SMB market.
-- Strong management and team-building
skills.
-- Excellent track record of performance against goals. Education
BA/BS; MBA a plus.
