a leading, mid-sized PR agency. It's clients are both B2B and consumer-facing
technology companies.
Responsibilities
The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for managing day-to-day
account activity, implementing new account programs, plans and strategies, and
producing PR plans and reports. The SAE is also the clients primary contact
for all day-to-day activities. This person must possess professional maturity
and confidence, strategic thinking, strong writing skills, agency and client loyalty,
ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, and an eagerness to take the
lead as well as teach/mentor others within the agency. The SAE will contribute
to the agency by leading programs, participating in special projects and contributing
to the overall success of the agency. The SAE will have direct reports, so proven
people management skills are essential in this role. The ideal candidate will
be skilled in implementing and executing traditional PR programs, integrating
digital media and social media and advising clients on the right digital media
programs and strategies. The SAE will participate in new business activity as
appropriate. Qualifications
-- 4-6 years experience in PR agencies or corporate relations -- Experience
and recent knowledge of the enterprise, storage, and security markets are essential,
as well as having the perspective and PR savvy to add strategic value to client
interactions -- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills --
Strong digital and social media skills -- Must have strong, established business
and trade press and analyst relationships -- Proven people management skills
-- Consumer technology experience a plus Education
BA/BS Degree required. <<
